PAIBI respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. PAIBI has adopted the following policy toward copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512.
If you believe in good faith that any content or material made available in connection with our website or services infringes your copyright, you (or your authorized agent) may send us a notice requesting that the content or material be removed or that access to it be blocked.
Your notice must include the following:
Identification of the copyrighted work or a representative list of works claimed to have been infringed.
Description of the infringing material with sufficient detail to locate and verify it, such as a URL or document reference.
Full legal name of the copyright owner or authorized agent.

The following statement:
“I declare, under penalty of perjury, that (1) I have a good faith belief that the use of the copyrighted material described herein is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; (2) the information provided in this notice is true and accurate; and (3) I am the owner, or authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of the copyrighted work or of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.”
The physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
Failure to comply with these requirements may render your notice invalid.
Upon receipt of a valid notice, PAIBI will:
Expeditiously remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content, and
Notify the content provider, member, or user that the content has been removed or disabled.
