Notice Requirements

If you believe in good faith that any content or material made available in connection with our website or services infringes your copyright, you (or your authorized agent) may send us a notice requesting that the content or material be removed or that access to it be blocked.

Your notice must include the following:

7. The physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.

Failure to comply with these requirements may render your notice invalid.

Upon receipt of a valid notice, PAIBI will:

• Expeditiously remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content, and

• Notify the content provider, member, or user that the content has been removed or disabled.
