Our Story

PAIBI began with a simple question from operators: “Why is everything that matters buried in PDFs and inboxes?” We saw teams drowning in bids, programs, and rebate paper trails—manually keying data, reconciling mismatches, and hoping nothing slipped through the cracks. The cost wasn’t just time; it was margin, trust, and momentum.


 
We sat with the people doing the work—pricing, sales, procurement, finance—and mapped real-world rules before writing code. That service-first approach shaped PAIBI into a system that behaves like your best analyst: meticulous, explainable, and relentlessly consistent. No black boxes. No rip-and-replace. Just clarity and control.

We built the pieces that teams asked for: a Transactions Hub to end inbox chaos, Assessments to resolve exceptions in minutes, and Insights to expose profitability and leakage. OCR, GPT, and NER handle the heavy lifting; humans make the decisions—with context, approvals, and an audit trail.
